The main living area has a sectional sofa, comfortable chairs, and a wall-mounted TV, along with large windows and vaulted ceilings that add space and light. To one side of the living area, you’ll find the dining room with seating for guests; to the other is a kitchen with custom cabinetry, tile flooring, an additional dining table, and access to the outdoor space. A small alcove off the kitchen has a sofa, a TV, and views of the pool and deck. Also on this level is the private office, which is perfect for guests who want to use the free WiFi to make this a working vacation. The den is the ideal spot for kids to gather, with a large sectional sofa, a TV, board games, and a desk. The second level of the home also features a pool table for hours of added enjoyment.

Step outside to find a great spot for sunbathing and outdoor dining. The expansive wood deck spans the length of the property and features a sitting area overlooking the lagoon, as well as a table, chairs, and direct access to the pool and spa.

There are lots of terrific restaurants nearby anytime you need a break from the kitchen. Enjoy the wildlife and botanical splendor of Sea Pines Forest Preserve and Audubon Newhall Preserve, and explore the many shops that await at Coligny Plaza Shopping Center and The Village Exchange, both less than five miles away.
