HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC 8/7/2010 – In the vacation rental business on Hilton Head Island, it is our mission each day to create and deliver the ultimate vacation getaway for our clients. From the moment a prospective guest reaches out to us through a phone call or surfs the internet looking for their dream beach house or villa, it is our hope that we will meet or exceed their expectations and the memories we helped to create when here, will last a lifetime.
The reality most often is that we have very little interaction with our guests after they have checked-in unless there is something that needs attention. With that in mind, Hilton Head Vacation Rentals has been locally owned and operated for over 30 years and with over 60% of our clients being repeat customers, we have been fortunate enough on occasion to receive some positive feedback that reinforces our ultimate goal.
For all of us at Hilton Head Vacation Rentals, it is true that it is better to give than receive. However, it is an added bonus when we are given the gift of comments such as these from our previous guests through Trip Adviser’s Flip Key; “Fantastic time”, “Absolutely wonderful”, “Perfect”, “We’ll be back” or my favorite of all, “Thank you”.
A few days ago we received an email from the Cantrell family from Columbus, Ohio. Their gift touched all of us here and compelled me to share their story with everyone I could. Mr. Cantrell says it best in his email to us below (See the attached photos).
My wife has spent the last 18 months or so making contacts and trying to figure out how to get our family to the beach, but I just wanted to pop in with a big thank you to those who adapted the beautiful home and those who provided the fantastic chair. I honestly never thought a vacation like this would be possible. I know my wife will be forwarding more thanks to all of you, but if a picture is worth a thousand words, here are my essays. Please share these photos and forward my deepest thanks with the homeowner as well. I see the work she put into her home, and the love behind it shines through.
The property they rented was 39 Bradley Beach Rd
and is a completely Handicapped Equipped Vacation Rental Home on Hilton Head Island. It has beach access that is completely wheelchair accessible at the Bradley Beach Park. Beach wheelchairs like the one used in the photographs can be found by contacting A Day At The Beach, LLC.
