Hilton Head Named “Can’t Miss Beach”

With its more than 12 miles of beaches, it should come as no surprise that Hilton Head Island was named a “Can’t Miss Beach” this past summer by CNN.

In the article posted June 2015 entitled “So long, summer: 15 U.S. beaches for a last hurrah” they named a total of 15 beaches including our own Hilton Head Island.

Beaches specifically mentioned in the CNN article was Dolphin Head Recreation Area located in Hilton Head Plantation, a gated community. Also mentioned as accessible beaches were Driessen Beach Park and Folly Field Beach Park.
