Whether you are golfers, tennis players or swimmers the Evian complex has it all. Bike trails provide easy access to the beach or you may prefer to park at the Shipyard Beach Pavilion. A walk to the beach is 10-12 minutes.
Golf Course View Unit in Shipyard
Just renovated, this 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath Hilton Head condo rental has just recently been redecorated and refurnished with a beach theme. Everything is new including the 46" flat screen TV with surround sound, HBO and DVR located above the fireplace in the living room. The living room includes a new queen sleeper sofa so the condo can accommodate 8 people. This is a very open area with access to the patio where you will have a great view of hole#1 on the Shipyard Brigantine course.
The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed with a very comfortable top line mattress. A flat screen TV with DVD player is there if you like late night movies - or just check out the HBO listings. The other upstairs bedroom includes two twin beds and also has its own bathroom.
The third bedroom on the main level has a queen size bed with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. A desk is in this room with internet connection for those that need to do some business or keep in touch through the internet. This bedroom also has its own bathroom.
One of the nicest villas in Evian.
Eating in? There is a modern kitchen with all new appliances, dining room with wet bar. The breakfast dinette has access to the patio with a gas grill if you want to grill out.
Play tennis on one of six tennis courts (free) or enjoy the large on-site pool. The Shipyard Clubhouse is just a short walk from the villa.
