Pet Friendly End Unit Close to Beach and Tennis
Beautifully decorated, pet friendly two story end unit, seconds to the pool, steps to tennis courts and 7-8 minute walk to the beach. Two bedrooms, 2½ baths. Both bedrooms are en suite with a queen in the master and 2 twins in second bedroom. Open floor plan. Living room has a pull out sofa bed adjacent to the ½ bath. The back deck is surrounded by lush tropical growth with glimpses of surrounding ponds and walking trails.
3 TVs, Flat HD screen in living room, DVD/VCRs, Premium Channels, High-Speed Internet, Wi-Fi and telephone with free long distance.
Propane grill and beach cart. The owner has provided at this location 2 complementary bikes for guest usage.
Pet friendly unit ($150 non-refundable fee).
