Oceanfront Villa with Heated Pool & SpaThis freshly painted villa is a spacious 1 Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms second floor fully equipped unit. The ocean front complex is situated in a lush park like setting that is convenient to all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer. In the center of the complex is a beautifully landscaped, heated (seasonally) pool, outdoor spa, community grill area and playground. The master bedroom has a king bed and a view of the ocean. The large master bath has a corner Jacuzzi, walk-in shower, and expansive vanity. The kitchen appliances are new. There is seating for 4 at the dining table with 2 more at the bar and 4 on the balcony. The living room has a sleeper sofa and access to second bathroom. Much time will be spent on the balcony with its sweeping views of the ocean and pool.
