Split floorplan is great for families vacationing together. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and private bath with garden tub. The second guest bedroom has 2 double beds, large private bath and separate balcony access. Sleeper sofa available in the livingroom. TV's in each bedroom and new large flatscreen TV in the livingroom. Remodeled kitchen is well-equipped for eating-in. Dining area seats six with additional seating at kitchen counter. The decor is bright, fun and beachy. Views are outstanding. The Villamare complex is unique- lush tropical landscaping with fountains and lagoons, the enormous oceanfront pool and outdoor spa, and fitness center with indoor pool are just a few amenities that have guests returning year after year. FREE TENNIS at Palemtto Dunes Tennis Center.
