The pool (heated during the months of March, April, October, and November), spa (operational March through December), and gas grills are reserved exclusively for guests of the Lyons properties. This Lyons townhome has been recently updated with new ceramic tile throughout the downstairs and new carpeting upstairs and in all bedrooms. Fresh paint, a built-in desk for a laptop computer, novel bed comforters, upgraded electronics, and a new, queen sleeper sofa in the loft area are some of the more recent upgrades complimenting this property's vibrant new look.

The Lyons properties are comprised of six, duplex-style buildings nestled around a heated pool, spa, and immaculate grounds. There are a total of 12 Lyons townhomes. This property is one of three Lyons townhomes closest to the access gate that opens to Folly Field beach park, where you will find the plank walkway that leads you to the beach. From Lyons 4, the beach is just a 3 - 4 minute walk! On the way, take in the natural beauty that surrounds you or watch the kids frolic on the playground of Folly Field beach park.
