This top floor ocean view unit was totally remodeled with a beach scene décor in the fall of 2011. It has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom to include a queen size bed, set of bunk beds for children and a sleeper sofa. The fully stocked kitchen includes a stove/cook-top, microwave and dishwasher...you're ready to cook at you're leisure. The unit includes 2 TVs with DVD players in addition to cable and high speed wireless internet. Take advantage of 10 on-site lighted tennis courts, exercise facilities, 2 restaurants, a sports bar and the island's largest ocean-front pool. This is one of the closet condo units to the beach on Hilton Head Island. From the balcony, you can enjoy views of the lagoon and sand dunes as well as the sights and sounds of the ocean. Although steps are available to access the top floor, a handicap ramp and elevator are also available for your convenience. There is a shared laundry facility in the building ready for your use as well.
