A 40% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards. Balances are due two weeks prior to arrival to expedite the check-in process.
All cancellations are charged a $50.00 administration fee. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival date for villas and 60 days for homes and monthly rentals, may result in the loss of your deposit. Attempts will be made to re-rent the property and, if successful, refund any excess money.
All accommodations are cleaned prior to check-in and you are provided with bed and bath linens and a starter supply of toilet tissue and bath soaps. There is a charge for sofa bed linens.
Sorry, no pets are allowed; but we can suggest some nice local kennels that will accommodate your pet.
Check-in time begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Your unit will be released for occupancy as soon as it has been cleaned and inspected.
