Directions To Main Office Check-In: For all properties except the Island Club, please check-in at our main office located in Suite 504 of the Pineland Station Office building at 430 William Hilton Parkway (Hwy 278 Business). Once you cross the bridge to Hilton Head Island, stay on Hwy. 278 Business. (DO NOT TAKE THE CROSS ISLAND EXPRESSWAY). We are located between mile marker 4 and 5 at the intersection of William Hilton Parkway (Hwy. 278 Business) and Mathews Drive, just past the entrance to Pineland Station shopping center. At the intersection’s traffic signal, take a right onto Mathews Drive, then take the next right into the area behind the Pineland Office Building. Our entrance door is on the back side of the building and is marked Hilton Head Vacation Rentals/Realty Plus/Coastal Home and Villa Rentals. All late and Sunday arrivals will use the lockbox next to the front door of our office. Your lockbox combination will be provided to you when we send you a final confirmation. Directions To Island Club Check-In: For Island Club guests, please go directly to the Island Club located on Folly Field Road. Follow William Hilton Parkway (Hwy. 278 Business) until just before mile marker 6. Turn left on to Folly Field Road at the traffic signal and stay on Folly Field Rd. for approximately .9 miles (road bears left after .4 miles). The Island Club security gate entrance will be on your right and once on property you will go to the Rotunda Building for check-in. All late and Sunday arrivals will use the lockbox located to the right of the front door of the Rotunda Building. Your lockbox combination will be provided to you when we send you a final confirmation. Late or Sunday Check-In: Please notify our office at (800) 732-7671 if you will be arriving after 6 p.m. (5 p.m. Nov.-Feb.).
