		Anchorage - Located in Shelter Cove Harbour, these attractively decorated two bedroom, two bathroom villas are within walking distance to the Shelter Cove Marina and its great restaurants and shops. A covered balcony overlooks the great lagoon view. Pool and hot tub are located on site.
		Barrington Court- This ocean-front complex offers a comfortable setting with spacious accommodations including full kitchens, wet bars, and master suite baths with Jacuzzi tubs. One and two-bedroom villas overlooking beautiful ocean views are available. Enjoy the hot tub or seasonal heated pool with BBQ area and playground. Free tennis at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center is included.
		Beach Villa - Located next door to the Marriott Hotel, these large ocean side three floored villas are very spacious. Three bedrooms and four baths, your beach home is just ten yards to the pool and less than a minute to the beach. Free tennis and all the other Palmetto Dune's amenities are close by as well.
		Captians Cove- These three and four bedroom villas are less than a two minute walk to the beach. Located quietly on the Palmetto Dunes lagoon waterway, these attractively furnished villas have either a sunroom or screened porch. Use the Captain's Walk oceanfront heated pool located right across the road from your villa. These villas can also be rented as two bedroom units during the non-peak season. These units represent a great value for large ocean-oriented villas.
		Captain's Quarters- You will enjoy the perfect getaway when you choose one of these lovely one or two bedroom fully equipped villas. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Shelter Cove Harbour and the panoramic sunsets over Broad Creek. Stroll the quaint sidewalks along the harbour where you will find many outstanding restaurants and specialty boutiques. Pools are offered on site.
		Captian's Walk- One of Palmetto Dunes favorite destinations, these two and three bedroom villas have great ocean and pool views. Tastefully decorated, conveniently located between the Marriott and Hilton Hotels, free tennis at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and a heated pool complete your perfect vacation.
		Fazio Villas- These secluded, value priced villas are a short walk to the beach and the Fazio golf course. These villas are a townhouse style with very spacious, comfortable living areas, large decks with golf course views, and are great for larger families. There are two pools on site and free tennis at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center that is located nearby.
		Hickory Cove - These two and three bedroom townhouses overlooking the Robert Trent Jones golf course, and are just minutes from the beach. The large master bedrooms over look a beautiful view with a great deck and a private bath. The second floor is where the guest bedrooms are, with private bath and decks over looking the golf course. Only a short walk to the pool and BBQ area.
		Huntington- These beautiful three bedroom villas are located just second row from the ocean. Bright and open floor plans with vaulted ceilings, these popular two story villas have a large master suite, deck with lagoon view and sleep 6-9 people. On-site seasonally heated pool, children's pool and playground, Jacuzzi with bath house, complete this great family destination.
		Inverness- These expansive, fully-equipped two-bedroom villas are offered in both single-story and townhouse floor plans. Great views of lagoons and the Fazio golf course are available from each of the villa's decks. Inverness guests can enjoy community pool, kid's pool and free on-site tennis.
		Moorings- These elevated, single-level villas are a very short walk to the beach and feature 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, and two separate decks. It is just a short walk to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and Trent Jones Golf course. With a large pool located on site, and the Marriott Hotel next door, this is a perfect location for families.
		Ocean Cove- These spacious town house-style two-bedroom villas are very popular. Just two minutes down the beach walk to the ocean, yet still very reasonably priced. On-site pool and a short walk to the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center make this property the perfect getaway.
		Queen's Grant- The most affordable accommodations in Palmetto Dunes, these two- and three- bedroom villas have hosted many family vacations. Very spacious living areas are the trademark of this complex. Situated close to all of the Palmetto Dunes amenities including several on-site pools and just a short walk to the beach. Many of our villas have been recently remodeled- a great value!
		St. Andrews Common- As the name might indicate, these comfortably furnished villas have great views of the George Fazio Golf Course. These one and two-bedroom (second bedroom is a loft), golf course view villas have full kitchens and all have been beautifully refurbished. Easy biking distance to shopping and the beach, this complex has a beautiful pool area.
		Villamare- Located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes, Villamare offers the ultimate in oceanfront resort vacation accommodations. The complex features a large oceanfront pool and heated Jacuzzi, beachside barbecue, indoor heated pool, exercise facility and sauna, and covered parking. The dining area has room for eight, and the living room has a sleeper sofa TV, VCR, and stereo with CD player. A large screened-in porch is accessible from the living room or the master bedroom. This area is designed for your comfort, featuring ceiling fans, a large table for outdoor eating, and seating for up to eight.
