Shipyard Vacation Rentals

The smallest, gated resort area on Hilton Head Island, Shipyard has a quaint community feel but offers all the features of the larger resorts. Noted for numerous lagoons, Shipyard is home to many semi-tropical birds and other island wildlife. The Shipyard Gold Club has 27 challenging holes and the Van Der Meer Shipyard Tennis Resort is world famous. Most villas and homes have either golf, lagoon or tropical views and are within an easy walk to the beach access at the Shipyard Beach Club. Likewise, this location is very close to numerous shops, restaurants and other vacation activities.

		Evian Villas - Located in the heart of Shipyard Plantation, perfect for a family retreat. Evian villas are French in design, classic in decor. Evian Villas feature 2 and 3 Bedroom, first and second floor flats and townhouses. Many villas feature totally new kitchens with new appliances and granite counter tops and renovated bathrooms. Some offer free wireless high speed internet access (bring your laptop). Extra guests? Put them on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy meals in the separate dining room. Master bedroom with king beds, separate seating area and private bath, most guest bedrooms feature 2 twin beds and hall bath. Townhouse villas offer a 1/2 bath downstairs. 		Tennismaster Villas - Surrounded by the Shipyard Golf Course, these 3 bedroom townhouse style villas sport great golf and lagoon views and provide a complete vacation package for the sports enthusiast. Tennismaster has a lovely pool on-site for its owners and guests. A short and direct walk to the beach also leads to the hotel area and the Racquet Club should one seek lessons or more intense competition on the courts. Some villas offer free tennis to guests at the Van der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club.
		Beachwalk Villas - The closest Shipyard villas to the beach, these one, two and three bedroom villas offer very open and bright floor plans. Spacious kitchens, greenhouse windows, fireplaces, and wet bars are some of the interior features. Outdoors, you have an on-site pool and are just steps away to the dining and entertainment of the Crowne Plaza Resort. Enjoy a 5 - 7 minute leisurely stroll to the beach. 		SailMaster - Beautiful, totally remodeled three bedroom townhouse style villa with a wooded, and partial golf course view. Pool on site and just a 10-12 minute walk to the beach. Totally updated with new furnishings, appliances, flooring, etc. makes this a great place for a family vacation.
		Greens - These one, two and three bedroom, townhouse-style villas all have golf course views. Tastefully decorated with full kitchens including washers and dryers, they are conveniently located just minutes from the beach and steps away from the Shipyard/Van der Meer Tennis Center. A very nice community pool is located on-site.
		Colonade - Located in Shipyard Plantation, these spacious and bright 2 bedroom, 2 bath villas are located just minutes away from the beach. With a variety of golf, lagoon, and tropical views, a large pool and outdoor hot tub, and FREE tennis at Shipyard's Van der Meer Racquet Club(provided by some villas), this quiet, secluded community is sure to create a relaxing vacation.
		Windward Village - These two bedroom villas are located in a secluded part of Shipyard Plantation. They have been recently remodeled and redecorated in bright island colors and attractive decor. They also feature great golf course views and large decks. The complex has a pool on site and is a short drive or bike ride to the beach and other activities in Shipyard as well as the Forest Beach area.
